Q & A with Jack Arnold

By March 30, 2020 March 22nd, 2023 No Comments

Jack Arnold joined the team at the end of 2017. Since then Jack has gone on to spin spanners for a Junior 125 World Championship, 2018 MXD Australian Championship and 2nd in the 2019 MXD Australian Championship. Jack has some serious credentials in a very short amount of time. This is to do with Jack’s work ethic and want to achieve. We sat down to do a quick 5 questions so people could get to know Jack a little better.

Q1, What makes you want to go racing?

Motocross has always been a passion of mine from a young age. I love the racing environment and being part of a top level team

Q2, Whats your role with the team?

My Role with in the team is to build and maintain the race bikes, keep them in peak condition for racing. This year I will continue to work with Maximus Purvis as we tackle the MX2 class. Maximus and I did a heap of testing between his NZ races at the start of the year and we are ready for the challenge.

Q3, How has the Corona Virus effected you so far in your daily job?

So far we have been very luck the Corona virus has not effected me, we have plenty of work on with the race team and also in the dealership WBR Motorcycles. The biggest change is taking great caution with the hygiene and social distancing. For the most part we are lucky it is business as usual just with no weekend racing for now.

Q4, Best part of your job

The best part is I do what I love on a daily and to do it with like minded people and a passionate team working towards winning races and championship.

Q5, Worst part of your job

In the current condition the worse part is not being able to go racing because of the virus, but otherwise I love what I do.

Thanks for your time Jack good luck with the 2020 race season. Also during team travel you have been known by the name rubber neck care to elaborate? Haha I have the ability to just sleep where ever with out head support, just lay the head over on a 90 degree and sleep haha.
